ED's 'biased view' on IAS Anurag Verma, case linked to SunTech-Muirwoods EcoCity

Suntech City and Altus Space Builder Private Limited are alleged to have irregularities in land‑use and layout, prompting the ED to summon IAS officer Anurag Verma. It is alleged that rule changes favored private builders. The case is also linked to the transfer of group‑housing sites of Murwood EcoCity. It is alleged that despite GMADA rejecting the transfer application, the sites were transferred to Dhir Construction. The ED is now investigating officials’ roles in these decisions.
