Keralam Assembly Election 2026 Voting Live Updates: Keralam is set for a crucial Assembly election today, April 9, with 2.71 crore voters poised to cast their franchise in a decisive contest that will decide the fate of the ruling LDF for a third consecutive term, the opposition UDF’s bid to stage a comeback, and the NDA’s push to find its ground in the southern state.
With 883 candidates in the fray across 140 constituencies in Keralam, voting began at 7 A.M. and is set to conclude at 6 P.M. The counting of votes will be held on May 4.
Campaigning ended in Keralam with the mandatory silence period coming into effect on April 8.
