Indian Army and Air Force release videos and images marking a year since Operation Sindoor, highlighting strikes on Pakistan terror camps and Rajnath Singh praising forces

Operation Sindoor was launched by Indian Armed Forces on May 7, 2025
A year after Operation Sindoor, the Indian Army on Wednesday released fresh videos highlighting the military action carried out against terror infrastructure across the border and reiterated India’s tough stand on terrorism.
The Indian Air Force shared a video on social media with the message “India forgives nothing”, while the Army released another video warning that India would “track, identify and punish every terrorist and their backers”.
Justice For Pahalgam Victims
On April 22, 2025, terrorists carried out a brutal attack in the Baisaran Valley near Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, killing 26 innocent people. Tourists visiting the valley were shot after being asked about their religion. In several cases, attackers killed men in front of their families, leaving deep trauma behind. To deliver justice for the victims of this attack, India named its counter-terror operation ‘Operation Sindoor’.
The operation was launched on May 7 last year. Indian forces carried out precision strikes on terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
The videos released by the Army and the Air Force showed visuals of military planning, troop mobilisation and strikes on terror targets. The Army said the operation reflected a “planned, trained and executed” mission, while the Air Force highlighted the coordination among the armed forces during the operation.
Ahead of the anniversary, the Army also released satellite images and details of several terror camps destroyed during the operation. Defence minister Rajnath Singh praised the armed forces for their role in the strikes and commended their bravery.
