A few seconds of recklessness, captured on a moving camera, turned fatal in Mauganj, Madhya Pradesh. What began as a thrill ride, speeding down the highway without helmets, with one of the riders brandishing a country-made pistol, ended in a devastating crash that killed all three on the spot.
The accident took place on the Panni Patharia stretch of the National Highway under Mauganj police station limits. Police said five people travelling on two motorcycles were involved.

The footage captures the three riders trying to overtake a truck when a brick-laden trolley comes into view ahead. Moving at high speed, they lose control and slam into the rear of the trolley.
The deceased has been identified as Uplaksh Kol, Amrish Kol and Hemraj Kol. All three were from the same family. All three riders were thrown onto the road and died on the spot.
The second motorcycle, carrying Prashant and Pradeep Dwivedi, was following closely behind to record the footage. Both sustained serious injuries in the incident.
According to Sub-Divisional Police Officer Sachi Pathak, the accident occurred due to dangerous riding while attempting to create social media content. Police have launched further investigation into the incident.
