Punjab’s ₹10 Lakh Health Card Goes Digital: Download It From Home in 3 Easy Steps

Chandigarh, September 5, 2026: Beneficiaries of Punjab’s Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojana (MMSY) can now download their ₹10-lakh health cards online from home, making it easier for families to access an important document without visiting a service centre. The facility has been enabled by the State Health Agency (SHA), Punjab through its official portal.

The new digital facility is available after the beneficiary completes the required photograph verification and e-KYC process. Once verified, the health card can be viewed online, downloaded as a PDF, saved on a mobile phone or printed for future use.

How to Download the ₹10 Lakh Health Card

The process has been simplified into three steps.

1. Find Your Family Record

Beneficiaries can search for their family record using any of these details:

Health Card Number
Registered mobile number
Aadhaar number
2. Complete OTP Verification

After entering the details, the beneficiary needs to complete OTP-based authentication using the registered mobile number or Aadhaar-linked details.

3. Download the Card

Once authentication is successful, the verified health card can be viewed and downloaded in PDF format.

The digital copy can be stored on a smartphone, while beneficiaries can also take a printout for use when accessing eligible healthcare services.

e-KYC Is Mandatory

Beneficiaries should remember that simply downloading the card does not replace the verification process.
