In a tragic incident in Gurugram, five members of a family, including a woman and her four children, were found dead inside their house in the Wazirpur area on Saturday night, police said. The woman’s husband was discovered in a critical condition after allegedly attempting suicide.
According to police, initial investigations indicate that the man allegedly poisoned his wife and children before trying to take his own life. He has been admitted to hospital and is currently undergoing treatment.
Police reached the residence shortly after receiving information about the incident at around 8 pm on Saturday and immediately launched an investigation, ANI reported. A team of forensic experts, along with local police, examined the scene and collected mobile phones and other material evidence from the house.
