Samrat Choudhary, who is set to be elected as Bihar’s next chief minister after Nitish Kumar resigned, has total assets valued at ₹11.31 crore. His election affidavit from last year’s elections details both movable and immovable assets across rural and urban areas.
According to the affidavit, the family of the Tarapur MLA held ₹1,71,550 in cash.

Samrat Chaudhary’s election affidavit shows he has assets worth ₹9.29 crore, while his wife, Mamta Kumari, holds assets valued at ₹2.01 crore. Together, their combined movable and immovable assets total ₹11,31,04,428.
The couple have bank deposits totalling ₹27 lakh and gold worth ₹20 lakh each. They also own silver valued at ₹75,000, along with investments in shares, bonds and mutual funds worth ₹32 lakh.
